MR. MOHIT SURTANI


Mr.Mohit Surtani a Practicing Company Secretary is the founder partner of the firm. He has gained all his experience from M/s. Mathew Easow Research Securities Limited, a RBI registered NBFC Company, incorporated and registered under the Companies Act, 1956, and from M/s. Universal Bituminous Industries Private Limited. He has handled various legal matters and worked towards achieving the desired turnover of the Company, while duly complying with the Laws and Regulations applicable to the Company. He has a keen interest in providing consultancy services and attending to the legal & advisory matters and manpower services of the clients.



MR. SHASHANK KHETTRY


The other partner in SDM Advisory Services looking primarily into the legal affairs and consultation requirements of the clients. His rich experience in the secretarial compliances under the Indian Corporate Law comes from having worked with renowned firms like Neha Singhi & Co. and Jassumal & Co. He has handled a wide array of Company Law Cases ranging from Oppression and Mismanagement to shifting of registered office to all compliance related matters.
